SUPPLIER INTRODUCTION
Since its establishment in 1977, Kitanihon Onkyo Co., Ltd. has focused on the manufacture of speaker units. In 1993, the company established a production plant in Shanghai, China, and in the following year, another production plant in Changshu. To date, speaker units have formed the backbone of the business, with a wide range of products, such as speaker units for TVs, computers, electronic games, musical instruments and cars. Kitanihon Onkyo develops and designs its fine products in Japan and manufactures in China.
Creating an information sharing system has enabled the company to operate efficiently and smoothly, while allowing to develop own production facilities and improve cost competitiveness. With regards to quality and the environment, Kitanihon Onkyo is actively participating in ISO activities as well as working towards completely eliminating the use of materials deemed to be of environmental concern. It is Kitanihon Onkyo's goal to produce products of even better quality and be recognized as an enterprise that is environmentally friendly while enjoying a continously growing level of customer satisfaction.
