A film that saves energy all year round

Conventional window films have claimed energy savings by blocking heat.
In reality, however, they only work while the sun is shining on the window, mainly on summer days. Over a whole year, the hours of autumn to spring, the wrong orientation, night-time and bad weather are far longer, so only a small, short-lived saving can be expected — and in winter they can even increase energy use.
